Have a well and pump service-related question? We have the answer. Check out these FAQs and give us a call today for more information!

  • How long does it take to drill a well?

For a deep well, it takes roughly 3-4 days to complete the well. For salt and pepper wells it takes roughly 2-3 days to complete the well. Rock wells can be completed in 1-1.5 days.

  • Why do you call it a deep well and not an Artesian well?

Artesian means to free flow. While all deep wells are to the Floridian Aquifer, not all deep wells free flow. It is controlled by the elevation of the land.

  • Can I get you to drill the well now, and if I decide I want a filtration system can I get it later?

Yes, we can come out and drill the well and get you set up to have water, if at a later date you decide you would like a filtration unit then we can always come out and add it on.

  • What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is that we have until the end of the contract period before we have to issue a refund.

  • Do you have to file a permit?

Yes, we are required to pull a permit for any well drilling, existing well modification, and abandonment of any property.

  • Can my existing well be drilled deeper?

No, we would not be able to drill an existing well deeper.

  • Do all wells have iron?

No, not all wells have iron. Iron is mostly seen in rock wells or shallower wells
